The Professional series is powered by a large 420cc Ariens Polar Force Pro Engine by Briggs & Stratton with a 120 volt electric start. This exclusive engine includes easy 1-2-3 start, a crankshaft balancer to significantly reduce vibration, a cast iron cylinder sleeve and a forged crankshaft for strength and durability.

All Ariens model this year is a commercial duty casting, top-load gear case with alloy steel gears and synthetic gear oil not found in other snow throwers at this valued price. Because the gear case is a critical component at any snow thrower, Ariens backs up the gear case with a 5 year limited consumer warranty.
